Tea-time Chef

Today I entered the kitchen after a long time. Not that this room is totally out of my life, but I've not been an active contributor in the kitchen. Today being a holiday I seized the opportunity to use my time productively. So I took an egg, added sugar and salt for taste in a bowl. Then I added milk to it (I'm sorry I'm not giving any measurement right now because everything was guesswork).  After giving a stir to this mixture, I dipped some slices of bread and placed it on the frying pan carefully. You don't want to tear the moist and soaked heavy piece of bread. Then it's time to wait till the bread and egg-milk mixture is well roasted. I made sure I let both sides roast then carefully took it out of the pan. I had prepared tea and we had this tea snack together. It was a break for mummy too since tea was ready when she woke up from her afternoon nap.

 It's a great snack to have with tea, especially when you have some bread, milk, and egg. Try this recipe at home too and do tell me what you think about it.
